All work remains the property of NAFF PVT. LTD. until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

NAFF PVT. LTD. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, India.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
